Well, hello there! Nice to meet you!

We're User Story, Ireland's independent experts in online user testing, online A/B testing, and website/web app reviews.

We test websites, web applications, smartphone/mobile apps, and intranets with real people, to help companies like yours to understand what works and more importantly, what doesn't work from your users' point of view. We then provide detailed recommendations on how to make them more user-friendly—we know that happy customers and productive employees lead to healthy profits.

We're an Irish company, based in Dublin's Docklands Innovation Park, but our clients are located throughout Ireland, the UK, the EU, and the US.

Founded by Mary Forde and Brendan Gormley in June 2008, we've worked with organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to multinationals, on diverse user testing, user assistance, and content-related projects.
